it’s very close to a shopping mall, lots of shops and convenience stores close by, the area is lively and interesting. the room is also quite spacious and clean

Everything was good and the staff were great! Location was absolutely perfect! Checking in and Checking out was smooth. I was not able to get breakfast though because I accidentally overslept! :( next time I will try it.

The only thing is, you can hear the neighbouring guests.

We had a very comfy stay. Location is great. Train station is 4 min walk with good connectivity. The staff were amazing and helped us to accomodate our needs.The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this place for everyone looking for a budgeted accommodation.

Almost nothing, but I wish there is more elevator. Only 1 elevator for the whole building but so far never have to wait too long. So it’s ok

Love the breakfast n provision of clean towels daily. The skin care packets were great.

Breakfast should cover some international cuisine as well. As I found is mostly Japanese style.

Breakfast is OK. Lack fruits.Hotel location is good, near Oimachi station and Tokyo Haneda Airport.

Room is small.A twin room was not available though I requested for one before arrival day.

Staff is very attentive and active. Very polite as well. I must remark -as a non Japanese speaker- that Numa (I think that is her forename, from Nepal, sorry, I can’t remember exactly), was wonderful as a person, and very professional.

Good position near the station, comfy beds, amenities

A quiet place near a major metro station makes for a great stop for a few days. What really stood out was the stuff that were beyond what was needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room is pretty standard, including all the amenities required for a short (or long) stay. The breakfast was also excellent. It is a pretty standard hotel in a business and residential district. So, if you are looking for a touristic experience, keep in mind that this district won't offer one (nothing to do with the hotel although).
